Jill works as a transformational coach with 20 years of experience including communication coaching, executive coaching, and transpersonal coaching. She has trained groups in presentation skills, sales communication, leadership and negotiation communication, as well as conducting train-the-trainer programs. After 13 years training groups of people and consulting on major projects Jill chose to change and focus exclusively on one-on-one coaching. She has a coaching practice called Executive Soul Coach specialising in personal transformation and transpersonal coaching. So far that's 20 years of one-on-one coaching experience! She supports her clients by blending transformational coaching skills, She meets her clients’ needs by blending transformational coaching skills, communication skills, and yoga tools in a highly tailored approach designed to meet her clients where they are in their work life, personal life, and spiritual path.
She has held roles in sales and sales management, as a business development director, and as a Global Partner and Managing Director of the London office of Rogen International. She completed 500 hours of yoga teaching studies in Sydney, Australia, holds a Diploma of Yoga Studies and Teaching, a Diploma of Transpersonal Coaching, Certificate of Meditation Facilitation and Level 3 Accreditation from the Institute of Executive Coaches. Jill continues to be a student of the system and philosophy of yoga. She has studied with Indra and AG Mohan, Leslie Kaminoff, Michael de Manincor, Vina Shah, and Rick Hanson. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Yoga Australia, the author of “The Leadership Trapeze – Finding Strength in the Vulnerability of Stepping Up” and co-author of “CONNECTING – Conscious Communication for Yoga Teachers and Therapists”.
Jill believes that every person is whole and inherently wise and that yoga teachers can be so much more than instructors and teachers: they can be guides and supporters of their students’ personal transformation. Jill and her husband Alan live in Sydney with Rocco the cat.
